Health and Safety
It is the policy of Fate Park Ltd to comply fully with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 1993 & 2007, Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road Regulations 2007 and other relevant legislation. Fate Park Ltd will ensure so far as is reasonably practicable the safety, health and welfare of all employees, visitors, sub contractors and customers at all our places of work. Environmental
Fate Park's Environmental policy is a means of ensuring continuous improvement of our environmental performance and the prevention of pollution. To this end we will specifically target the loss of petroleum products into the environment, and maximise our efforts in recovery and interception. Protection of the environment is an integral part of our activities. The minimum goal is full compliance with the legislative requirements. When applying resources to improving environmental performance, proper account will be taken of costs involved, and the benefit derived from initiatives and actions proposed.
