Adblue


AdBlue was invented to help towards a major reduction in pollution, as required by the Kyoto agreement.

Since October 2006 in Europe all new HGVs and large buses are required by law to use AdBlue to clean their gas emissions.

AdBlue is a light, colourless liquid with the chemical name Aqueous Urea Solution 32.5%; its brand name is automotive grade urea solution, AUS 32, AdBlue. AdBlue must follow very strict specifications set out in DIN70070. AdBlue must remain between -11ºC and +30ºC, and the product life is one year.
